Fulfillment Policy

Dye Lots:  We always make every effort to send all matching dye lots.  If we do not have sufficient quantity to fill your order in a single dye lot, we will order new stock for you, which usually results in a delay of 3-10 days in delivery.   In this case we will contact you.  In some cases of variegated and novelty yarns, dye lot is not an issue, and for many hand-dyed yarns every skein is different.

Shipping:  Please choose your shipping method at the checkout page.  A free shipping option is available for orders over $100 of non-clearance merchandise.

Returns:  Please contact us by email or phone before returning merchandise.  We will accept returns of unused, unopened and undamaged merchandise for any reason within 90 days of purchase.  Refunds will only be made to the payment method you used for the purchase.   After 90 days from purchase, we reserve the right to issue store credit instead of a refund.  Clearance merchandise is not eligible for refunds, only store credit.  We cannot refund shipping charges, sorry.   In the case of defective merchandise, we will work with you to replace it or find an acceptable substitute.
